Responsible for handling and managing network maintenance/support obligations with client; Managing and building relationship between the company and customer while ensuring that customers’ expectations are met and exceeded in line with the company’s policies, processes, and procedures.
B.SC/B.Tech in computer science, computer engineering or any related course.
CCNA, CCNP or MCSE will be an added advantage.
